Ethiopia Natural is made using beans from smallholder farmers in the Sidama zone, which is a region known for its high-quality coffee beans. It is a light-medium roast with notes of milk chocolate, fruit, and caramel.
Certification/Grading: Natural - Coffee cherries are dried in the sun. Then, the husk is then cracked off in hulling machines, leaving the green bean with some silverskin. Natural arabica is characterized by high sweetness, a clean cup and full body, and low acidity.
